She will take us on a tour of the world's 10 "cultural clusters," Confucian Asia, South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, the Arab world, Latin America, the Anglo cluster, Latin Europe, Germanic Europe, Eastern Europe and Nordic Europe, and explain the communication strategies that are most effective when interacting with people from each region of the world.
